One Power centralizes the process and provides technical support management, MOP development and delivery, contract management, scheduling, dispatching, ticketing, reporting, and invoicing of all services.
Our partners are experienced and knowledgeable in the mission critical environment, have skilled technicians, 7/24 service departments, excellent safety programs, and are trained to troubleshoot a full range of systems.
We have over 90 critical support partners in the US. They include Electrical Contractors, Generator Services, ATS services, Breaker repair, specialty transformer manufacturers, and switchgear controls. This allows us to provide quick support for nearly any electrical need anywhere.
We have provided services that range from locating an oil-filled 2500kW transformer over a holiday week and then installing it the following week, to changing out of medium voltage transformers, large 3-phase rackout breaker repairs and small breaker replacements, thermal scanning of an electrical system, decommissioning electrical circuits, troubleshooting generator transfer issues to replacing TVSS units, providing temporary Generators and changing out electrical utility feeds and adding lighting. We have responded in large metropolitan areas and small towns in the northern plains.
We also provide management, storage, and dispatching of our customer’s critical support equipment for urgent distribution.
We utilize these partners to provide scheduled maintenance on key components Including:
- Generator systems
- Switchgear and switchgear controls
- Breaker maintenance and repairs
- Infrared scanning
- Breaker storage for quick dispatch nationwide
- Key hard-to-find parts inventory for Electrical equipment
- Transformer testing or replacement services
We provide detailed reports that include photos of systems and documentation of issues and recommendations for the prevention of future issues based on the findings. A full range of PM scopes are available to include emissions and noise testing along with full-load testing capabilities.
